So I love Wood Wicks! They are very modern looking and who doesn’t love the sound of a crackling fireplace?! Not only that but from a candle makers perspective they are much easier to work with because they stand on their own and don’t need a wick holder or clips. BUT, there is always a chance that you will make a batch of wood wicks and get a few that just refuse to stay lit! There’s not a dang thing you can do to fix this problem, you just have to keep lighting and dumping wax, what a waste!! So I am making my customers a promise that if you buy a Wood Wick candle from us, and it won’t stay lit.. just contact us right away and send me a short clip of your pesky wick and I will send out a replacement right away! A good candle isn’t cheap and how heartbreaking it is to get one that won’t stay lit.
